HPC support

If you need to report a fault or need support, please use our ticketing system. If this is down, however, you should email the contact for the partner that you signed up with (see our contacts page.)

Under normal circumstances, primary support is provided by the partner that you signed up with, however holiday and sick leave cover will be provided by one of the other sysadmins. If you are reporting a fault with the system then any one of the sysadmins will be able to pick up the request

For HPC we will endevour to cater for all reasonable software installation requests.
